The Botanic Hotel is a proposal for the redevelopment of the Old Royal Adelaide Hospital site, located on North Terrace, conducted as a group of four students. The architecture is designed with the intention to create new pathways within Adelaide’s Botanical Gardens, reconnecting it once more to the city’s boundary. Accommodating for over 300 guests ranging from international tourists to business travelers, the Hotel provides facilities such as the Botanic Baths, Spa, Gym, Masseuse Rooms & Yoga Studio, this ensures that the guests of the Botanic Hotel are treated to a high level of luxury. The Botanic Hotel aims to encourage day & night time engagement through the use of the North Terrace Restaurant, Eucalyptus Arboretum and Roof Top Bar.
